Made this one for my Course 2 Wilton final cake. Royal icing flowers and my first stab at basket weave. The cake was lemon and oh so good!

- So in order for this stay-at-home mommy to have a little piece of sanity and a creative outlet, I have started decorating cakes. I guess you could say I have always been into the "creative arts." By that I mean I have always loved to draw, paint, scrapbook etc... but it wasn't until my friend Shannon came over and helped me make a cake for a baby shower that I really decided to jump into this cake thing. I made one cake and then another and another and then signed up for the Wilton Class at our local Hobby Lobby. I totally fell in love with decorating cakes and I look for any excuse to make one. I recently had my first sale and then another and another and have totally enjoyed started a little business out of something I LOVE! If given the opportunity, I would love to make one for you!
