Luau cake for my mom's 60th Birthday. Made this cake in a hurry, but it was so yummy. Chocolate cake with raspberry filling. YUM! She loved it!

This cake was HUGE! Made to feed 200 people at the end of season banquet for Rogers High. Thankfully there were some coaches handy so I did not have to lift it!
